Looking to get involved serving Christ in our community? Hernando First Assembly is always looking for people to help in ministries.

Thanksgiving Outreach

We will be providing groceries to 100 families for Thanksgiving this year.  If you would like to help in supplying these items, please check out the list below and bring them to the church as you come.  We will be handing them out on Saturday, November 21st.  Join us as we live out what we value as a church….our community and God’s love for them.

We need the following items:

• 16 oz Cans of Green Beans
• 16 oz Cans of Yams or Sweet Potatoes
• Small Can of Cranberry Sauce
• 1 Box of Stovetop (or like) Stuffing mix
• 1 small Turkey (10lb or less)
• Marshmallows
• Brown and serve rolls
• Frozen pumpkin pie

Hospitality Team

We are currently looking for team members to serve as hospitality team at Hernando First Assembly.  This team will help in serving guests that come to the church and assisting in setting an welcoming environment.

Outreach Team

Our outreach team delivers baked goods and care items to the Hernando fire and police stations every other Wednesday. The outreach team is very excited about the work God is doing in our community, and is continuing to seek new ways to serve the people of Hernando.
